Cheesy Potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter
(1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
(2.) In large pan, saute onion in butter. Add soup, sour cream and Cheez Whiz, stir and heat.
(3.) Place frozen hash browns in greased (or use cooking spray) casserole dish. When the soup mixture is warm, pour over the hash browns, stir together well
(4.) bake for 1 hour.
