Mini Sub Sandwich

Ingredients
Mini Submarine Bread
Deli
Cheese
Mustard
Mayo
Cole Slaw
Salad
Pickles

Directions
(1.) Cut bread horizontally almost in half. 

(2.) Spread one side of the bread with mustard

(3.) Spread the other side of the bread mayo

(4.) Place your choice of deli, cheese, cole slaw, salad or pickles.

(5.) Cut bread vertical in half.

(6.) Serve.

Plan on 2 sandwiches per person even if everyone eats just 1 sandwich. It is better to have more and have leftovers than not have enough when people want more.
