Lemon and Lime Roasted Chicken Breasts & Vegetables

LEMON & LIME ROASTED CHICKEN BREASTS & VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless Chicken Breasts
4 Zucchinis
4 Yellow Squash
Lemon Juice
Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Unsalted Margarine
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pam Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS
(1.) Preheat over to 350 degrees.

(2.) Line 2 aluminum baking pan with aluminum foil.

(3.) Spray pans with Pam.

(4.) Wash, peel and slice the vegetables.

(5.) Place the chicken breasts in one pan and the vegetables in another pan.

(6.) Drizzle the Lemon Juice and Lime Juice on the chicken and vegetables.

(7.) Sprinkle the Garlic and Onion powders to taste on the chicken and vegetables.

(8.) In the pan with the vegetables place the margarine.

(9.) Cover both pans with another piece of aluminum foil.

(10.) Cook Chicken for at least 30 to 45 minutes.

(11.) Cook the vegetables for at least 1 hour till the vegetables are tender.
