Vegetable Soup

2 cups Celery
1 package of 1 pound Baby Carrots
1 package of frozen Chopped Onions
8 Vegetable Soup Bouillon - no salt added
Water
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pam

To make Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Mushrooms
1 cup Half & Half
2 tablespoons Cornstarch


Spray a Stock Pot with Pam.  Then add your Chopped Onions. Cook them till they are soft and translucent.

Chop Celery and add them to your Pot after the Onions are cooked.

Add the Baby Carrots.

Add Vegetable Soup Bouillon.

Add water.

Add Garlic Powder and Onion Powder.

Bring pot to boil then cover.  Cook till vegetables are soft.

To make Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Add Mushrooms.

After the vegetables are soft you will add the half and half and cornstarch.  A hint with the cornstarch in a measuring cup you add water to the cornstarch before you add it to the soup.  This way it doesn't clump in the soup.

Stirring constantly or it will burn to the bottom. Let cook for another 20 minutes.

If you have people who don’t like mushrooms you don't have to add them. Let it just be cream of vegetable soup.
