Scrambled Eggs
(2 to 4 servings)
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk or 4 Tablespoons of Water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons of Butter or Margarine
(1.) Beat eggs, milk (or water), salt and pepper in bowl until blended.
(2.) Heat butter or margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
(3.) Pour into the skillet, and turn the heat very low.
(4.) Gently stir the egg mixture, lifting it up and over from the bottom as it thickens. As it cooks, pull them gently across the bottom and sides of the pan with a spatula as they set.
(5.) You will know the eggs are done when the liquid is gone.
Bacon
Here are some tips from Oscar Mayer
You can also have fake bacon. Lightlife has a product called Smart Bacon.
Toast
If you have a toaster then place the slices of bread in the toaster to cook. If there isn’t a toaster where you are cooking then you can make the toast in a pan.
Toast in a frying pan (1 slice)
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 slice of bread
(1.) Place 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in pan. (Cut each tablespoon of the butter in half this way it will cover the bread as it melts)
(2.) Place 1 slice of bread in pan.
(3.) Place the other teaspoon also cut in half on the side of bread that is facing up.
(4.) Let bread brown on one side then turn it over.
(5.) It is done when both sides of the bread is brown.
Hash Browns
For the Hash Browns the easiest thing to do is get a package of the frozen. The reason for this is so that you do not have peel and grate the potatoes. Oreida has many different types of Hash Browns.
