Chocolate Peppermint Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (4-serving) box chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup water
1 stick (½ cup) softened butter
4 eggs
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 can Blue Frosting

Directions
Preheat Oven to 350°f. Put Cupcake Liners in Cupcake Tins.

In a Large Bowl, Combine Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, Water, Butter, Eggs, and Peppermint Extract

Beat on Low Speed for 30 Seconds and on Medium for 2 Minutes.

Stir in milk chocolate chips.

Pour into Cupcake Tins.

Bake in Center of Oven at 350°f for 18-23 Minutes.

Cupcakes Are Done When Toothpick Inserted in Center Comes out Clean. 

Cool 5-10 Minutes in Pan Then Remove and Place on Wire Rack to Cool Completely.
