STEAK AND ZUCCHINI SPIRALS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Ribeye Steak (or any type of steak you enjoy)
Veggie Burger
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
BBQ Sauce
Green Giant Zucchini Veggie Spirals
Cherry Tomatoes
Kraft Tomato Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Here are some tips according to Char-Broil:
(1.) Remove steaks from the refrigerator. Do so at least 30 minutes before cooking (but no more than an hour).
(2.) Season the steak with the seasoning of your choice. We suggest Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder. Add the BBQ sauce towards the end of cooking or just use it as a dipping sauce.
(3.) Clean your grill grates. Use a quality grill brush before cooking.
(4.) Preheat your grill. Set your grill to medium-high and create a two-zone fire.
(5.) Place ribeye steaks on the grill. Cook over direct heat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare. If your steaks are close to being done, you can move them over to the cold side of the grill.
(6.) Remove steaks from grill Let steaks rest for five minutes. The juices will redistribute throughout the meat, producing tender, juicy results.
(7.) If you are a vegetarian you can grill some veggie burgers using the same ingredients.
ZUCCHINI SPIRALS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES SALAD
(1.) Cook the Green Giant Zucchini Veggie Spirals according to the directions on the package.
(2.) After the Zucchini Veggie Spirals are done cooking place them in a big salad bowl.
(3.) Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half. Then placed those in the salad bowl.
(4.) Pour the Salad dressing over the vegetables then mix.
(5.) Serve in small bowls.
(6.) You can add any vegetables or cheese to this salad if you want.
