INGREDIENTS
Matzo
Eggs
Margarine or Butter
Water
INSTRUCTIONS
(1.) In a small mixing bowl scramble the eggs with 1/4 of cups of water.
(2.) In a medium mixing bowl fill half way with water.
(3.) Break matzo in quarters and place in water to soften the matzo but don’t leave them in too long or they will become soggy.
(4.) Put margarine or butter in a frying pan and put heat on high till margarine or butter begins to melt then lower heat to medium.
(5.) Place matzo in pan. Cook till it begins to brown.
(6.) Pour eggs mixture over matzo. Cook till eggs are done.
Serve with sugar or jelly.
