Grilled Cheese
2 Slices Bread
2 Slices Cheese (American, Mozzarella, Cheddar)
4 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Pam (If Making in a Skillet)
Toaster/Microwave
(1.) Toast bread in a toaster until golden.
(2.) Place slices of cheese between the two pieces of toast.
(3.) Wrap sandwich in a paper towel, and heat in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
Skillet
(1.) Spray skillet with Pam.
(2.) Spread butter on both sides of the bread.
(3.) Place slices of cheese in between bread.
(4.) Place sandwich in skillet.
(5.) Cook on one side till outside is brown. Then flip.
(6.) Cook on other side till it is all brown and cheese is melted.
Note: If you are a vegetarian/vegan you can use vegan cheese instead of regular cheese.
