HONEY MUSTARD AND BBQ VEGETABLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
AND PRODUCTS
2 boxes Imagine Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
1 Bag Gardein Beefless Ground
1 Bag Kroger Frozen Chopped Onions
1 Bag Kroger Frozen Crinkle Cut Carrots
2 Tablespoons Ken’s Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
2 Tablespoons Kraft Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
2 Tablespoons Kraft Catalina Fat-Free Dressing
1 Teaspoon Kroger Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Kroger Lime Juice
It’s Delish Garlic Powder (to taste)
Kroger Onions Powder (to taste)
Nabisco Premium Unsalted Tops Saltine Crackers
Ziploc Twist 'N Loc Containers
DIRECTIONS
(1.) Into a large stock pot pour the 2 boxes of Vegetable Soup. Then add the Beefless Ground, Onions and Carrots.
(2.) Add Honey Mustard Dressing, Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce, Catalina Dressing, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder.
(3.) Over a high heat bring the soup to a boil. Stir the pot until the Beefless Ground, Onions and Carrots are covered by the soup and the seasonings are mixed together.
(4.) After the soup boils, then put the cover back on but leave a small part of it off so steam can come out. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes till the carrots are soft and tender.
(5.) Serve with Crackers.
(6.) Any Soup you don’t finish you can save for later in Ziploc Twist 'N Loc Containers.
TIPS
(1.) You can add any Frozen Vegetables you want such as Green Giant Veggie Spirals or Riced Veggies.

(2.) In a frying pan you can toast your crackers. Just add some seasoning to give it some more flavor.
(3.) This doesn’t have to be vegetarian. You can add left over chicken from a meal the day before.
(4.) You can add more seasoning if needed. Some people like it more spicy than others. You can also add salt if you want.
