A Lazy Day in Summer

Today is National Lazy Day.  Every once in awhile you need to take a day and just do nothing.  Just lay around the house and be lazy.  You shouldn’t even cook that day.  In the morning you can wake up and have cereal with milk and fruit for breakfast.  For lunch you can have a salad.  Then for dinner why not get a pizza or Italian food delivered.  Don’t forget to get snacks for the day too.  You can have the normal junk food snack but also have some fruits and veggie trays so you are not eating junk food all day. Take one day off and just relax.  It is good for people just spend the day doing absolutely nothing.

Mother’s Day 2017

Mother’s Day 2017

#MothersDay , #Lunch , #Salad , #MovieswithMom

To all the Mother’s out there we want to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day. This is the day we remember all types of moms.  It could be your biological mom or adoptive mom.  They could be your Grandma or Aunt. This person could be a neighbor or your teacher. Just take a moment out of the day to remember them. They deserve that.

If you live near them you can make them lunch.  We found a delicious salad that is easy to make.  It is from Natasha’s Kitchen. It is a Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad.  Here is the recipe and a video that shows you how to make it.

Now that you had a nice lunch, we have a suggestion for a movie that you might want to watch.  It is a movie starring Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Kate Hudson.  The name of the movie is Mother’s Day.  It was directed and written by Garry Marshall. The film is just like Garry Marshall's previous two ensemble romantic comedies with holiday themes: Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve. It was the final film of his career prior to his death

Here are 2 trailers from the movie

To celebrate Mother's Day Weekend They are re-releasing the movie #MothersDayMovie, in select theaters. You can buy one ticket and get one free! Check your local theater box office for availability and details.

You can buy it on Amazon.

This movie is also on Showtime this month.  If you have that channel on your TV you can watch it On Demand.

Whatever you do on Mother’s Day, we hope it is a good day.
